Mash tun capacity

I've got a 32L Thermos Coolbox that I use as a mashtun. Up to now I have done 23L brews with no problem. I'd like to do a larger batch size (ideally 40L) to fill two corny kegs, but I don't think I could manage the grain bill in this mash tun. How do I calculate the maximum size I can do - thinking 4.2% ABV bitter.
