Caledonian Deuchers IPA Clone (GW recipe)

Fairly bitter but overall quite pleasant.

I started with a Brewdog Punk. 5.6% A particular fav of mine.

Now im on something from Aldi.

'Harpers Brewing Co' Golden Ale 4.1%.

Cant say as im impressed. Floral. Watery. Waste of 109 pennies.

Ive probably broken all the international drinking regulations.... 😂

I know there is no accounting for taste but I find the Harpers (Marstons in disguise) very palatable but it is fairly subtle which may not be apparent after a Brewdog Punk and in fact would seem watery.

Another 5l can, this time the beer that crashed and burned in the August comp (great feedback and advise received athumb..):

It's worse with "taste o can".
Looks the biz🤣

Trying my week old Simcoe & mosiac pale ale. Needs another couple of weeks, massive aroma but still a little harsh on flavour. This is my go to beer I would probably make at least 4 times a year
I‘d agree with you there it still annoys me that you can have an all pale ale box but no option for an all dark beer (or even fifty/fifty)
I cancelled again with the same opinion. I had some really nice beer but also some very average at best beer.
