Busy day in brew central today. LAB entries bottled up and in the post, and the water collected for tomorrows Pliny The Melter brew. I can’t be arsed doing the salt additions tonight, I’ve had several pints of Irish Red while BBQing. Now it’s Märzen time.

I haven't managed it. I keep trying to have a steady stream of slow burners coming through, but it hasn’t worked out for me yet.

Post walk pint of my latest attempt at a mild. Carbonation is better than previous attempt. Malt and subtle English hops. Head receded quickly to a thin layer but is lacing the glass nicely. Quite happy with this as a fairly low abv option.

Try that Martini Asti Spumante with ANY sort of chocolate dessert or sweet.
A combination truly made in Heaven.
