It appears it’s not as dry as I thought, and possibly not infected either! I’m not trusting that tilt again without double-checking. However it’s very fizzy and not sure if that can affect it. Lesson learned!

Very nice. I find with the Tilt that it's a great tool for seeing when fermentation is complete and for temperature but I always find my final gravity to be a few points different and that's most likely due to the krausen build up on the top that throws it off. I suspect if I took a sample at FG and added a calibration point I could account for that krausen build up near the end of fermentation possibly making the FG more precise.
 
Sneaky sample of my new lager… not quite as clear as I’d like it yet, but nicely refreshing. Happy with this :-)
