I am getting a bit confused with these, are these all the same malt or all different in their own right?

Cara Malt (Crisp) and Carahell (Weyermann) are similar in the EBC ratings and can be substituted for each other.
Carapils (Weyermann) is different again, much lower EBC than the other two.

Geterbrewed have a malt substitution guide which gives a high-level view of a lot of different malts - https://www.geterbrewed.com/crisp-premium-distilling-malt/ (click "Malt Substitution Guide" beside Description)

I don't think they are the same. I've not used carahell or carapils. But I have used Warminster Caramalt, which is a low colour crystal malt @ 25 EBC, carapils is much lighter in colour!...

Caramalt...
Sweeter, giving more caramel notes than standard crystal but giving no roasted/nutty flavours. Greatly increases head retention/body
Adjunct for Lager and light coloured ales
Warminster also make CaraGold @ 10 EBC, which may be similar to Carapils...
Very low colour malt. Adds malty, fruity and toffee notes. Increases body/fullness and gives a softer, rounder mouthfeel
Adjunct for Lager

A table to compare german and british caramel/crystal malts:

Cara Pils = Dextrin Malt/Pale Caramel Malt (2-9BC)
Cara Hell = Standard Caramel Malt (25-30EBC)
Cara Red(Weyermann)/Aroma(Bestmalz) = Pale Crystal (40-50EBC)
Cara Amber = Pale Crystal (75EBC)
Cara Munich I = Pale Crystal (90EBC)
Cara Munich II = Crystal (120EBC)
Cara Munich III = Crystal (150-165EBC)
Cara Bohemian(only Weyermann) = Dark Crystal (200EBC)
Cara Aroma(only Weyermann) = Extra Dark Crystal (400EBC)

Good luck with brewing ;-)
