I’m starting with an Altbier on this gloriously sunny day 
I’ve a Helles fermenting at the minute, with Munich 2 and a single decoction. Drop me a message if you want to try a bottle. Should be ready in about 8 weeks time.

Pilsner Urquell after several hours tidying up the garden. I was going to have a night off but Mrs H is away and it is sunny so sod it.
Didn’t realise it was National Beer Day. Don’t feel guilty now on a school day.
This is nice a lemon and lime flavoured IPA using Citra and Mosaic.

Nice crisp, dry apple and pear wine I made in september 2020.
Just bottled the last demi john, it's aged really well - most of it gets drunk much quicker !

So after a tough day under the Micra struggling with a recalcitrant corroded rear brake pipe to hose union joint, I eventually won. But only just.
So it's a Duvel Dry hopped Vedett IPA.

Glad I'm not a Channel crossing refugee.
There have been 3 helicopters come into the local hospital helipad within 1/2 hour.
