I've done a blackberry wine with real fruit started in bucket for 6 days then transfered into dj. But it doesn't seem to be bubbling anymore is this normal its been just over a week now
Made elderflower wine from picked elderflower it's been in dj for about 6 weeks now I've racked them into another dj and took a reading and it's still showing sweet how long usually does wine take to finish.
What is a good yeast for a turbo cider recipe please I don't understand why there are so many different types so I want to stick to one but not sure which.
I've been making ciders for a while now mainly turbo ones. I hear a lot about cold crashing and it gives better tastes etc but I'm not sure how to do it can someone give me advice please
Made few batches of different t ciders now and have all come out good I always use one teaspoon per 500ml bottle but I done batch with lowictz rasbery and it really fizzy any ideas
