Just transferred 9 liters of 9% 90 IBU Simtra Skull Splitter. Aroma is heavenly.
4.5 Ltrs of porter and 4.5 ltrs of heull melon experiment.
Working with glass demi's? Bigger vessels give twice the reward for the same labour.
I know, think a new setup is required soon. Threw myself into ag at the beginning of this year and am still working with the equipment I've got. The worst part is, when you've finally realised the beer is conditioned well it's the last bottle.

Man I feel you.
I assume you're used to mashing and sparging by now, so you cóuld use DME for the base malt and mash the specialty malts. A bit more expensive, but you could upscale production without investing in huge hardware.
One from the DPBC, their 63/- Oatmeal Stout (1903) with one third porridge oats to two thirds pale malt. 12 litres.
Old total 17648L + 12 = New Total 17660
Next one up is their recipe #119 for an 1899 Irish Stout with an OG of 0175 and some very interesting ingredients.
