After two years and about twenty+ brews in the BZ 3.1.1 I am tempted to go back to the 50L pot and gas burner for my next brew. I probably did at least double the amount of brews using my old kit and think my knowledge,attention to water treatment, taking pre and post boil readings etc has grown over past couple of years. Anyone else turned back to their old ways and did they notice the quality of their brew improved or was at least comparable to their latest kit? To be clear I am not bashing BIAB made plenty of good beer that way for many years.
