Just wondered what you would least like to be without from your homebrew equipment? I have just finished my latest brew, and l know without my bottling stick l would go crazy. Makes brewing life so much easier.

Many things have massively improved brewing for me over the years:

Bottling stick / bottling bucket - definitely
Bench capper
Siphon clip
Siphon filters
Brew fridge(s)
Cornelius kegs / kegerator.
Thermapen thermometer
Hydrometer / sample jar / turkey baster.

To name but a few...

2L jugs, but specifically ones that have a handle that can be hooked over the edge of other vessels. It's a simple, hand freeing piece of genius design.

As a simple BIAB brewer my 8 gallon pan, although I have one double the size waiting for when I upgrade my hob/brew space.
Both picked up cheap as chips second hand.

I’m going for my CO2 bottle, without it all the other things that make brewing easier for me as in my pressure transfer, carbonating kegs etc. would be hard work.

I have multiples of everything, 2 pH meters, 3 hydrometers, two bottling wands, 2 bench cappers, 2 Gutens, 6 Apollo fermenters, 2 paddles, 2 jugs, 3 bowls, 3 grain mills. Somethings we can get away without having a backup others we cant. I had a Baumeister with a faulty pump on brew day but transferred to a Guten. Another time a Guten panel melted, transferred to the spare.
