We get our shopping through Ocado, and I got chatting to one - was really surprised, one of the main issue on the road is toilet - I would never have problem for guys/gals like him to use my toilet. But on some occasions apparently people are not that kind - and they have to find out at a petrol station and so on.I work in retail, delivering home shopping we rarely get a tip however heavy the shopping or how polite/courteous and helpful we are. It's just one of those things I get paid for doing my job, simple.
