My English IPA which tastes a darn sight better than it looks. Stubborn beastie isn’t clearing 🙄.

I am on the Fence as usual but it's looking magnum to bitter, Styrian goldings and hersbucker late on. I am tempted to add Nelson sauvin as a dry hop maybe 50g.
What's your opinion, the grain bill is simple. 5kg of Eraclea malt.
Could work well with the Nelson.. maybe only 1.5g/per litre dry hop though otherwise it might be to much hop character for the style I did 2.8g/per litre with Saphir& spalt select but recon Nelson will be more pungent at that level.

I agree @samale 50g of Nelson is more a hoppy lager or cold ipa than an Italian pils.

However it will still be delicious if you do.
