A Sea Horse Salcombe Brewery clone, 2 weeks in keg need more time to shine but tastes good.
This is what I call ‘different’.
I’m not sure if many people on here would go for this one - it’s drinkable but the flavours belong in a stout really.

Just trying the APA, only been in the keg a week but I think it’s coming along nicely. Starting to clear as well.
Just started cold crashing my Saison, thought I’d mark the occasion with something Belgian.
I been in the brew-shed again today, I think one more day should finish the work. I have four of my beers on tap now, well three at the moment because I’m cleaning beer lines and the new chiller. First up for tasting is my Czech Pilsner.
Ginger Ale/Ginger Beer/Ginger Wine
Not sure. Is this ale or beer? Or is it wine? At 10.3% it is drinkable, but only in small quantities. No head. No real fizz. Every now and again I experiment. I brew all my experments in plastic - they are easy to distinguish in the gloom of my conditioning cupboard. Some experiments work. Some don't. This is not a brew I'd repeat.
On the left, a 20L batch of Ritchies' Bitter. Already siphoned, left to settle overnight before bottling tomorrow. Added half a pot of honey in addition to the LME at the start of the brew. Once properly conditioned, the bitter finish is swept away by honey and then the bitter notes sweep back in. Not to everyone's taste, but I love it.
Everything is a floury mess as I’m cooking florentine tarts, but here we have another of the shop bought beers today. Not a fan of this one. The bitterness overpowers any flavour it might have had.

Belgian Tripel. This is my supping version at 7%.
Probably should stop drinking now as it’s been a very fattening weekend! Last one (we think!).
This is a bit nicer than the last one. I was very pleased with my florentine tart which accompanied our beers unexpectedly well.

I agree. The backbone on a NEIPA is far too neutral for all that bitterness.

Prepping veg for ( late ) sunday roast and having a bottle of Ernest Pale ale kindly me sent by @pilgrimhudd.
Lovely subtle fruity aroma, slightly tropical mango flavour. Decent foamy head and lacing down the glass,
slight haziness, nicely bittered but malty and goes down a treat - cheers !

Dinner at a cafe just a 2 minute walk from the hotel for something simple tonight. Thought I’d try this Cherry Choufee… 
only realised it was 8% when it arrived 
. Super potent concentrated cherry bomb, crikey. That’s going on the ‘interesting’ list but I don’t think I’ll be trying to copy it.
