Just made my wife’s dinner, she fancied fish. I didn’t so I’m having a lasagne. Made hers while mine is in the oven and now have time for another beer waiting for mine to finish cooking.

Lovely colour and perfect carbonation for me. Not sure what hops but it's sort of pine and earthy. It's got nice body for a pilsner

Next up Irish IPA from The white Hag. Typical west coast IPA 7.2%. Hoppy and bitter
My German pilsner...very satisfactory after a couple of months hiding in the shed. The beer,not me.
Another try of the Irish red I will be brewing this again

A post ride beer. @Hazelwood Brewery Have you tried this one and compared it with yours. Raspberry sour by vault city.

I haven’t but the colour looks like maybe the right kind of middle ground between mine which was a bit too raspberry and Harrison’s which needed a little more. Is it good?
A Summer Breeze now. Fruity, piney, pithy, grapefruit. I’ll be getting another batch on next week

I’ll pop out tomorrow and see if I can find it.
Having a tin of Smithwicks at home tonight. The draught in the hotel last night definitely had more roasted character than the tinned version, and was much more enjoyable. I had several so I’m confident on my assessment.
